She has more than 30 years of experience serving clients in the areas of tax planning, investment management, retirement planning, qualified retirement plans, and financial planning. Dolly takes a high-quality, personalized approach to each client relationship and believes that proper planning and individualized analysis are critical to financial success.

Dolly is a native of Virginia Beach and currently lives next door to her childhood home with her husband, Stan, and Cavachon, Chloe. Dolly is very community-oriented, spending her spare time serving on local boards and enjoying working and living among family and lifelong friends. She has served on the boards of Cape Henry Collegiate, The First Tee, The VB Education Foundation, and the Cavalier Golf and Yacht Club.
